Let me start by saying the most simple but valuable word of how we feel, "Thank you." Thank you HUMC for all the attention and all the wonderful staff. In life, you encounter different people in all kinds of places and interact with them but not everybody has the ability to make an impact in your life and Heidi Delgado has done so to us. What a great nurse she is.
Our baby girl was born in May and ever since we got to our room, Heidi has been so attentive, very respectful and knowledgeable of what she is doing. We felt so secure with her. She will always come and check on me and my daughter all the time, to make sure everything is okay. Always with a big smile and an answer to every question. People like Heidi shouldn't go unnoticed. Her professionalism stands out as well as her kindness. She is the type of nurse that you can tell loves doing what she is doing. I feel so secure with her that I asked her if she could stay with me the whole time.
Thank you, Heidi, for making an impact in our lives. It was wonderful for us to have you as my nurse. We will never forget you. Keep doing that great job you're doing. You rock! You make HUMC look awesome and all the staff as well.
