Heather went above and beyond with her service to me as a patient following a knee replacement. Her ability to listen and find solutions was amazing. With providers like Heather, any organization is strengthened and her being a part of a company adds tremendous value for so many reasons. Heather finds moments to serve by the way she treats and interacts with people. She genuinely cares for others plus her transparency to her chosen profession speaks volumes. Heather is a quality nurse and her integrity to the industry is immense. She is innovative and can see outside the box when a solution is required. It is refreshing to find an effective communicator in the medical field and in particular one who listens as much or more than they talk. While in the hospital I had a few challenges in areas where Heather assisted improvement and options that others didn't manage. She was attentive and made herself available like no other in the organization. Heather possesses the skills and talents to be a manager. It's clear that she is all about customer service and it would be impossible to replace that. Heather is "simply the best" part of the hospital experience. Her patient care and concern should be taught and then mirrored across the coworkers and organization. I trust those she reports to truly recognize and appreciate her knowledge and expertise. Heather is the "it factor" and that is something you can't pretend to own. It is my sincerest hope that Heather will be noticed, considered and honored as one of the top nurses in the industry.
