No matter what I say about Ali Saabneh, it will be less than what she deserves. This is the first time I have been admitted to King Fahad Medical City. I don't have the experience to take care of my child or how to feed him. Fortunately, I have met this wonderful person, she supported me and taught me how to take care of my child and how to feed him. She gave information that no one told me before, supported me psychologically. She was passing by me and spending some time with me, thanks to God and then thanks to her, I managed to pass this difficult time after the operation. Her information was not only about how to feed my child but also how to take care of the surgical operation and when I was discharged from the hospital she gave me the phone number of the department. I was surprised by the generosity of her morals when she phoned me and asked about me and my child. Thanks, and appreciation for Ali Saabneh.

I will never forget this story. After the operation I was suffering from severe pain and my child was crying, then this wonderful person came to me for education. She spoke to the doctor to give me the painkiller, then she carried my child and sat next to me to calm him down. I thank God and her. I will not forget when she assisted me to go to the toilet and helped me to change my clothes although I told her that I could do it alone. She refused and said, "you might fall". She did not leave me until she was reassured that I was fine and in my bed. She taught me how to take care of my child at home. She is a really wonderful person.

I was admitted because of my critical condition so I have to be under observation, the doctor told me that my condition may lead to bleeding or possibility of death because my case is rare. I was really sad until I met Haifa Tawfig, she was an angel. I told her that I need my mother to accompany me, but the consultant refused and said after the operation she will be allowed to stay with me. She took the paper to the doctor and told him about my case; he approved and signed the consent to bring my mother from Qassim. She contacted a social worker from her mobile to arrange the accommodation for my mother and my husband. She even spent more than two hours to arrange that and everything was okay. My mother came from Qassim and stayed with me. Whatever I will say will not be enough to appreciate her because it is not her work and I am not her patient. She is really the most wonderful and kind person I have met in my life.
