Glen is a very caring person; he is gentle, kind, and understanding. When he first came into my room he explained all the procedures, remade my bed, checked on me often and came quickly when I called for him.

Glen was excellent and spent lots of time with direct patient care, explains everything very thoroughly, is not in a rush, very family oriented, and extremely caring. He was so good there is really no other way to explain it, except that Glen deserves all of our gratitude. The family has had a lot to deal with and we couldn't have asked for a better nurse.
