Gayle was my stepfather's nurse in the ICU. He was there for two days and he passed away while in her care. As soon as she came on it was obvious she was just what we needed at this most difficult time, heaven sent. Gayle was compassionate to both my stepdad and my family. She was honest and answered our questions thoroughly and truthfully. She was respectful, professional and made sure he never lost his dignity. She helped us make difficult decisions by making sure we totally understood what was happening. The ICU area is blessed to have Gayle as part of their team. I am sure that she treated my stepdad and my family in the same manner she would have treated her very own family.
