Gabe has shown excellent nursing skills and great compassion. He displays such amazing care for his patients. He reevaluates situations and understands how things can change quickly and he reacts appropriately. His assessment skills and bedside manner are extraordinary. He recently assisted in the ER with a child with a dog bite. Gabe took care of this young child in the back of an ambulance as he was transferred to another facility. He kept the family informed of what was happening with the child and why the transfer, etc. There is true care with every touch, heartfelt compassion in his discussion with loved ones, such great knowledge displayed in his nursing skills, great positive attitude, and love for what he does is seen by all.
