She made me feel comfortable when I was having a hard time and made me laugh when I was to cry. She is the MOST AMAZING NURSE I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of me."

"Our mother was scheduled for surgery at 17:30. Florinda sensed our increased anxiety for the delay in surgery. She kept us abreast of current information and consoled all the family members as we waited. Our mother finally went to surgery at 20:40. We want Flor to know she was a great nurse and we thank her very much for putting our minds at ease. We knew she was in excellent hands with Flor."
