Felicia, an RN from 1NE-CDU was deployed one night to work on another unit, 4 West. This proved to be an extremely challenging shift. But she calmly and professionally handled each situation and she treated patients so compassionately and in a timely manner with great communication throughout the entire shift. Felicia was recognized by a Physician on that unit who was so thankful for the care she gave her patients.
