Thanks for her help. She is cooperative with me and she is very helpful.

She is very cooperative with all patients and watchers.

She is responsible as she performs her duty without being told what to do. She definitely can function independently. She has authority to care for her patients when morning care nowadays is oftentimes disregarded by most nurses, Fatimah makes sure that she provides for all her patient. She is trustworthy with the doctor's orders as she never missed any of what she is supposed to do and anticipates the works on time.
Most of the patients admitted here request her care.
She gives her time to explain to their queries and through her calm manner of talking she allays their fears and anxieties. She does this even if they are not her patient. She is very patient and is always able to calm her most anxious patients. She also takes her time to teach them about how to take care of themselves at home in a way that they can understand.
Once we had a patient who received chemotherapy and Fatimah stayed with this patient, despite a chemo nurse being there to administer, because she noticed that the patient needed her most for psychological support. I also would like to highlight an incident recently when her pregnant colleague was to be pulled out in another unit. She volunteered without compulsion as she considered how risky it would be for her pregnant colleague to be working in another unit. She was ready to sacrifice and face the hardship for the sake of her colleague's safety. Their interest will always come first before her own. This proves how selfless she is as she truly cares for others more than herself.
She is obedient and she follows what is instructed of her to do. Her willingness to do what is asked for is much appreciated as well as her flexibility to handle the changes in our unit. She knows how to get along with all of us regardless of our nationalities. She does not show any indifference when with her colleagues. She shows interest in their stories, especially about their nursing experiences.
She is also valuable to her new colleagues as she is patient to teach them even at that time when she is not a preceptor. Fatimah is a value to our area and we want her to know that.
