As a family member who has been bringing my uncle to this hospital for many years. During one of many appointments at the endo clinic with my uncle, I notice how friendly the lady at the front desk was to my uncle. I started noticing that the staff was always kind and engaging. After leaving the hospital this day with my uncle; he said he has always been treated respectfully, every one of his concerns and questions was addressed by the doctors and nurses. The nurses are genuinely caring and attentive to my needs and made me feel at ease regarding my procedure. The experience at the endo clinic was truly first class in my book from my experience with the staff at check-in to the nurses and doctors who treated my uncle.
