My husband walked into your emergency room and shortly went into cardiac arrest. We were told that it was the team on duty that day that subsequently saved his life! Someone performed 23 minutes of CPR on him and someone administered 3 paddles to start his heart. Someone gave him oxygen and someone lifted him into the ambulance. EVERYONE worked intently on my husband with the utmost of care and professionalism. It is for all these incredible efforts of this team that we will be forever grateful.
That day, he was due to drive a truck to Slippery Rock to pick up a load of beer at North County Brewing. It is now 3 months later and he is making that trip again! However, thanks to all of you, he will be able to make it to his destination today!
Finally, after his surgery, recovery, cardiac rehab, and lifestyle changes, we are happy to report that he is back to his healthy self!!
At this time, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for a job well done!
