Eduardo was recognized by the family of a patient for whom he provided care. The family was impressed by his attention to detail and his communication with the provider regarding declining patient status that allowed the provider to make informed decisions. He kept asking questions in order to get insight into what he needed to do in order to update the doctor. He wanted to make sure that my mother was being cared for to the best of this hospital's ability. My mom may be alive because of Eduardo, and I am forever grateful."
