Debra always takes the time to help out other staff members when she can. She performs excellent patient care to her patients and comforts those who need to most. Even when Debra is busy and has many other things to do, she never fails to educate patients on the plan for their care. She is compassionate and honest with the patients about their health and is sure to educate them on the steps needed to get better. She has a kind and genuine heart and takes her career as a nurse very seriously.
