From the moment I met Debra, she has been nothing short of a blessing in disguise to my family and me. Deb took on the role of primary nurse a few months back to my Angel, Charles. He was affectionately known throughout the unit as 'CJ, Charles in Charge'. Deb always went above and beyond to ensure my baby boy was well taken care of. If ever she had a moment of free time, on the clock or off, Deb would always check in on our little CJ. I've never encountered a soul as genuine and as pure as hers, but I'll admit to my dying day and beyond that I love her to life.

My baby boy was born at 25 weeks or 15 weeks prematurely, and suffered from chronic lung disease, among other things. CJ earned his wings and Deb was right there to comfort his father and me, on her day off, at 3am, rushing nearly an hour of drive time from home to the hospital to get to us. Deb stayed with us the entire time. She battled with CJ as much as I did. I love this nurse. My angel CJ loves his nurse as well, and I can't think of any other soul that deserves such great recognition as Deb. I thank, love and appreciate you.
