Deb is compassionate and caring and goes above and beyond to care for these ill babies.

Even when she is super busy, Deb always takes time to answer any questions I may have or help me if needed with my son. She is extremely kind and caring for all the babies and their families. I see how hard she works to make this unit work smoothly while she is here. I rarely see her sit.

Deb ensures every parent and employee is well taken care of. On top of that the care, love, and compassion that she gives the babies is like I have never seen. She works with many withdrawal babies and she demonstrates such a calm and ease with the crying babies. Deb also finds time to do developmental play with the infants.
