Deb keeps this Rheumatology Dept. running! She's always there to do patient teachings, vaccinations, and admissions at the drop of a hat on top of all other daily tasks. She's an invaluable source of information for patients and providers alike on "prior auth's" and streamlining process to get patients the meds they need. Even when she's not physically in clinic, she still manages to help us all get the best/right care to our patients, whether that it be via phone, tasks, email, whatever it takes!

...

I have worked closely with Debbie for the past 14 years; she started as a medical assistant and worked while going back to school to get her nursing degree. She takes outstanding care of our patients in Rheumatology! She often works into the evening + weekends to follow up on our patients. She has really connected with patients and is the "go to person" if they have any questions or problems. She has been a huge asset to the physician staff who rely on her to triage phone calls. She really goes above + beyond.

...

Debbie goes out of her way to help everyone and anyone. She is here every day before her shift starts and after it ends - always! She has and will always go above + beyond her job duties. She has trained numerous staff, over and over again and never has complained about her workload!

...

Absolute dedication to ensuring that all our patient's receive the highest level of care in the most compassionate and empathetic and skilled manner is what Debbie does with grace under pressure every single day in our very busy clinic. She is a role model to all other colleagues.

...

Debbie's mantra is outstanding care. She gives each every patient the very best care and concern. She is always willing to help patients, medical assistants, secretaries and providers. She is always pleasant never gets flustered, always in control she is a reliable "go to" person regarding many of our medical logistic issues.

...

One of the most skilled RN's I have met. Knowlegable with all Rheumatological diseases medications and differentials. She is kind, compassionate and always available to help. She's an invaluable asset to our team.
