I came in through the ED and was admitted. I was having a very serious health issue. Dayna went over and above to comfort me, talk to me, and explain everything so I could understand what was happening to me. She even stayed beyond her shift because I was so frightened. I needed to be transferred to Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix. You are blessed to have a nurse like Dayna in your hospital. She is truly an angel from heaven.

My husband had been admitted and readmitted for his [medical condition] and we were upset with the care that he received at a different facility, where they discharged him too soon. Dayna was a breath of fresh air. She was patient and kind and took the time to see that he had everything he needed. She was bright, happy, and very attentive to my husband's needs. She always ensured that he was comfortable. Dayna made him feel important, valued and as though he was the most important patient she had. She explained everything to him—his meds, his treatments, etc. She even addressed my in-laws' questions and asked them if they needed anything! Dayna really made our whole family's experience a positive one. She truly went above and beyond and that a made a big difference in this hospital stay. I knew that my husband was in good hands and was being well cared for by Dayna.
