Darlene was exceptional during my procedure. She was incredibly patient and took the time to deaden my skin before drawing blood, which uses a big catheter. She also took the time to ask me questions throughout the procedure making sure I was doing okay and was comfortable. She truly is an exceptional nurse and went above and beyond the call of duty.
