Danyka Cooke's empathy and compassion to both the patient and her family were evident by Danyka's ability to anticipate her patient's needs, ensure the patient was comfortable and the family was made to feel welcome and kept informed. Danyka's excellent bedside manner helped to ensure that the patient and family felt safe and well cared for during a very stressful time.
