Danika was Mom's nurse for 3 of the 4 days of her stay. We had multiple problems with communication with various doctors, testing departments, food service. Mom is 97, so small problems can seem amplified. Danika stepped in and got information, made things happen, smoothed things over. She even called me at home to make sure I got home in a snow storm!
