Dana Tolman is described as a very kind, caring and compassionate nurse, with superior customer service and nursing skills. She takes the time to thoroughly answer questions, makes patients feel special, and provides them comfort. She cares for patients who have cancer and are undergoing treatment. She provides care,comfort and hope for patients and families and projects a positive feeling at all times.

She plays an integral role in the patient's care and recovery. She always goes above and beyond in everything she does and treats the whole patient, not just the cancer. She realizes the human part of the patient. Dana is our daisy, especially with her smile. Dana makes the whole treatment process easier for patients and families, as they go through their difficult battle.

She is also described by her peers as an advocate and a mentor who contributes to the development of other nurses and contributes to a positive and healthy work environment.
