For those who have had the pleasure of working with or for Mr. Aberle you only hear words of praise about his leadership and knowledge that he was always willing to share.
Mr. Aberle has had a distinguished career as a Nurse in clinical practice, administration, education, and research that promoted a positive image of professional nursing. As a Soldier, he served as a Combat Medic in Desert Shield / Desert Storm. He was then commissioned into the Army Nurse Corps and he served as an Emergency Room Nurse at Fort Campbell and Fort Hood and he was the Medical Advisor to the Iraqi Army in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Upon retirement, Mr. Aberle became the Service Chief of the McWethy Troop Medical Clinic. In that role, he provided daily training and mentoring to countless nurses across the Family Medicine clinics. He was responsible for the health and readiness of countless military members that received their medical training and certifications at the Medical Center of Excellence, formerly known as the AMEDD Center and School. For those who have had the pleasure of working with or for Mr. Aberle you only hear words of praise about his leadership and knowledge that he was always willing to share. Mr. Aberle dedicated his life to caring for military members and their families with thoughtful and compassionate care.
Mr. Aberle culminated his career as the Director of the General Officer Readiness Clinic at Brooke Army Medical Center.
