Crystal provides patient care far above what is required. She goes beyond her routine rounds of dispensing medication and checking vitals. She has an infectious enthusiasm and genuine caring of the patient's mental well-being.
She made a deal with me that if my stomach tube collection basin did not exceed 200 MLs that she would do a little dance in celebration and that the stomach tube could be removed. My levels were lower than that and she did do her dance. It lifted my spirits because of her good sense of humor and overall positive attitude. Thank you Crystal.
