Craig was so accommodating with my father who was hospitalized twice with Alzheimer's and behavioral issues. For over three weeks, Craig treated my dad with respect and kindness when times were challenging. During the last week of my dad's life, Craig reached out to our family to make sure the dying process was understood. That gave us so much comfort to know a nurse treated my dad like one of his own family members.
My dad's care was five stars plus. Turning him on a regular basis, pain meds were given to assure his comfort and personal hygiene for his comfort and care.
Craig spoke to my dad during each procedure with such soft and warm phrasing. Craig would always assure my dad's comfort and check on our needs or questions before and after leaving the room. Being a patient at times myself, I could have only imagined having a nurse like Craig. It was such a treat to see Craig work and speak with co-workers in such a professional manner. He made us feel like our comfort and needs were just as important as my dad's. It's nurses like Craig who make such a huge difference in people's lives. We could never thank you enough for having such a nurse as part of your staff.
