I was admitted with new diagnosis Afib, Colleen was so attentive and reassuring during my time in the ER awaiting transfer to my room. I am 80 years old and have not been in the hospital since delivering my last child in 1964. To say this was an anxious time for me would be an understatement. Colleen checked on me frequently, offered me a sandwich, asked if I have any questions related to my plan of care, tests being done, etc. I have to wait for my room to open up and she was communicating all updates to me. I needed a new medication but also would need a bathroom as a result of the med and she wanted to make sure I was in my room, with a bathroom close by before taking it, which I greatly appreciated! Colleen made this whole experience very reassuring to me. Thank you Colleen!
