Codi is such a great team player and is clinically so strong. Her nursing judgment is spot on and her team members often lean on her for advice and help. I very much appreciate having Codi on the floor when I'm relief charge RN. She consistently checks in to let the charge nurse know what time her discharges are leaving; this helps so much to understand the flow on the unit.
As soon as she is able, she will volunteer to take another patient; this is so helpful on our busy floor. Today we worked short the entire day and Codi was jumping to bed alarms, helping CNA's, and expediting her discharges in efforts to bring more patients in. She even took report on two separate new patients back to back.
I just want to thank you for consistently showing up to work and giving your best. Your positive energy radiates throughout our whole team. You have been an RN for such a short time and are already so seasoned in your practice. You amaze me, girl, and I really appreciate you. Thank you, Codi, and keep up the great work!
