Christy is a wonderful manager who is always encouraging and willing to help out when needed. She is always available to talk about issues and come up with solutions. She has been working tirelessly to help get the new West Wing up and running. She has listened to all issues that have arisen with the new building and getting things fixed as soon as possible. She also is not only concerned about her unit's staffing and staff but has also been concerned about making sure the Birth Place is staffed and doing well.
