Cheryl went beyond the call of duty. I was having problems breathing and I couldn't get RT to give me a treatment. She grabbed a Dr and got them to get me help. She did extra little things: a nice word, a pat on the back, and anything that was an act of compassion and kindness. She displayed all those special qualities a nurse should have in her arsenal each day.
