As a family member, I have witnessed Chelsea taking care of both my father and my brother very recently. Her smile and positive attitude shine through immediately and create warmth and love felt by all of us. Chelsea is eager to be sure we (the family members) understand and have all the info we need. But mostly, she uses her great sense of humor to immediately connect with the patient, which allows her to give them even better care. They like her so much that they want to follow her advice and instructions. Chelsea made sure I knew when rounds would happen so I could be present for updates, that's huge for a family member. Chelsea never acts rushed or short of time. We love Chelsea!
