Charlotte was nominated by a patient that had spinal surgery. Patient and family were impressed by Charlotte's knowledge and compassionate care. The Orthopedic Surgeon also wrote a letter complimenting Charlotte on her compassionate care. The surgeon said his patients mention her by name when they come for their post-op visit.
