My husband had been in on numerous occasions and Cathleen was so professional, friendly, courteous, and most of all compassionate. My husband went through quite an ordeal at St. Joseph's Hospital almost 9 years ago, so returning to the same hospital with a different issue brought back a lot of memories. Cathleen was so caring and so kind to both my husband and me that we were comforted by her presence, her compassion, and her kindness! She always tried her best to offer her help.
When we were in the hospital for the most recent health crisis, Cathleen noticed that I was grieving and distraught by personal problems. It was my beloved Dad this time and Cathleen cared enough to ask. What a grand gesture and so comforting to my current plight! To her, this is not a job but a lifestyle. I never forgot the help from this kind woman to my husband and me.
