An ANM was called into the patient's room. When she arrived the patient wanted to acknowledge the excellent care, compassion, and level of expertise of her nurse, Catherine Burgess.

The patient stated, "I know it's not just me. I see her offering to help the other nurses and always with a smile. She is a delight and I can sleep well knowing she is watching over me. She is my angel."
