Our daughter delivered twin boys and had multiple complications that resulted in intubation and admission to the fourth floor ICU. Words cannot describe the feelings we had when we saw our daughter for the first time. We were stressed, scared, exhausted and in unfamiliar territory.
Caitlyn was amazing and the utmost professional. She not only was adept at managing all the technology and equipment, but she explained what she was doing consistently. She made sure that we were comfortable throughout the night and that our needs were met. She even expressed concern and compassion about our grandsons whom we had not seen yet.
We attribute our daughter's positive outcome to all her caregivers, but Caitlyn deserves extra recognition and I will forever remember her professionalism and compassion. She is the epitome of what you want your nurses to be and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts!

Caitlyn was a spectacular nurse. She is so friendly and personable and truly cares about her patients. I have had many nurses over the years and she is the best. She has a great bedside manner. I experienced several tragic events and she was right there for me. Caitlyn is a genuine person. thank you, Caitlyn, for everything you did for me!
