Caesar was nominated by the daughter of a patient who described him as a "treasure" to her dad and family, giving them comfort and peace during a difficult time.
"My family has been blessed by nurse Caesar," she explained. "When caring for my father during his shift, he showed professionalism in answering all questions; asked about our needs as family members; and cared for my father as if he were his own." She went on to say, "Caesar is a rare jewel. His love for his patients is so obvious. From beginning to end-of-shift, he gives 110 percent."
