Nurse Bryn, from day one, went above and beyond for my son, family and visitors. She was able to explain medical and hospital protocol without talking down to us or be rude. That's Respect! Bryn was compassionate about her care she gave my son during his stay, by making procedures quick yet thorough, by allowing him to sleep and run around as needed. My family experienced discomfort with one of the night nurses and requested another. We asked Bryn for help and she spoke to the right people and got the nurse switched from our room and so we were able to have peace of mind. That's Justice! Excellence was expressed because she knew her job and how to do it, allowing my family not to worry about her.
