When I arrived I was seriously ill, Bruce was so kind, caring, attentive to my needs. He cared as if I was his family member. When I used the call button, he always answered me saying "Hi, are you okay?" It made me smile because it made me feel like an individual person who mattered to him. He went beyond to ask my visitors if they would like ice water or if they were ok. When he would leave my room he always made sure to ask if I needed anything and call if I did want something to let him know. I feel his genuine kindness and compassion he has for the work he does, is very special. I will say this about Bruce and all the staff on the Mountain View Suites/Med Surg department are and will remain one of the best memories that will forever remain a part of good memories I will share with others about being ill and how all those involved with my health during my time at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. Thanks for allowing me to enjoy these "Great people" and all the wonderful team of doctors I had.
