Brandi demonstrated the epitome of care. My Mother-in-law, 90 years old, was sent to Saint Francis Hospital Memphis to pursue the idea of the Cyberknife procedure after already having health concerns related to Krohn's, kidney disease, and pancreatic cancer; a hard thing to swallow without the above conditions. Brandi was there showering her with calm compassion that obviously came naturally because there was not one glitch in her step when interacting with my mother-in-law, but also the family which is so hard to deal with as understood. Brandi is the best of the best!

Brandi began our journey by being compassionate and kind. My husband had entered the ER and has been diagnosed with more than I could handle. She quickly showed her concern and even offered her name and coworker's name and extension if I needed to talk. Each day I am greeted with a smile and she asks, "How is your husband today?" Thank you, Brandi!
