My Mom had been struggling with health issues since Christmas.  She was in and out of the hospital and rehab.  She was incredibly weak and in pain.  Our family stayed with her 16 plus hours a day, for several days.  We needed to leave her by herself one day when her breathing became bad.   Beth contacted us to come and then continued to sit with my mom, comforting her, holding her hand and talking to her about the UK game she had on.  When my Mom’s eyes became fixed and unseeing, Beth continued to comfort her and update her on the score. Beth shared with her that UK had won the game as she took her last breath.  She comforted her until the very end.  Beth continued to hold Mom’s hand until we arrived moments later.  Her time with Mom and how she handled things with the family in our time of grief was of great comfort to us.  She went above and beyond in our hour of need.
