Beth Guerreiro is an integral member of our Resource pool and House supervisor team. Beth is the Chair of the Resource Pool Unit Partnership Council, Chair of Professional Practice Committee, and will be Mercy's representative for Evidence-Based Practice Council (this is a new shared governance council). Beth has cross-trained to Med/Surg, PCCU, CCU, McDermott, House Supervisor, Interventional Radiology, and ED at CHI Health Mercy Hospital. She has also cross-trained to 9 units at CHI Health Immanuel! Prior to the merge, Beth was cross-trained to Creighton. Beth is frequently asking "what's next?" "How can I help?" She exemplifies the teachings by Cy Wakeman in her leadership abilities.

During leader rounding, a patient and family wanted to recognize you for being so calm and cool. They raved about how wonderful you were and the time you took to explain everything so perfectly to them! Thank you again they said you were the best nurse they have ever met.
During leader rounding, a patient wanted to recognize you for the care you provided her while she was here. She stated you went above and beyond!
When rounding on one patient's family today, the wife stated that you had done a wonderful job. She stated that you took the time to explain everything that you were doing and what was going on. Thank you for taking such great care of our patients and their families.
Beth always comes to work with a positive attitude and providing excellent patient care. She desires to help all team members no matter her physical work location. She displays our mission and core values every shift she works. Beth is reverent through her patient and staff relationships. She is trustworthy and dependable.
