Ben provided excellent care during my stay. I had been asking for a shower for a couple of days and he made it possible with help. He is always there when I need him and took that extra time when I wanted to talk and share a story. He has treated me like a person, not a number. He is always willing to go that extra mile to make patients feel they are important.
