Belinda encountered a Veteran who had become frustrated and could not figure out how to navigate the VA for his next appointment. The Veteran needed an EKG, and he had gone to the wrong clinic. The Veteran stated the following, "Ms. Cagle was calm and took the time to obtain my EKG, as well as measured my legs for the appropriate stockings. Ms. Cagle helped to facilitate in getting me an appointment with my primary care provider. In my years that I have been a VA patient, she is the best, most professional, and caring nurse that I have seen."
