Barbara was very helpful in so many ways. I came in for pre-op and she gave me so many tips and pointers on what to get ready for surgery. She explained the whole process detail for detail so I would know exactly what to expect and I wouldn't get any unwanted surprises. Barbara went above and beyond to make my care here top-notch. From making me comfortable in pre-op, kept me laughing, and distracted me from being anxious. Very knowledgeable. Great listener!
