Of all the nurses we encountered Barbara clearly stood out! Her attitude, her cheerfulness along with her professionalism were evident to all. Her explanation of care, discharge instructions, her casual (not alarming) handling and explanation of situations was calming, comforting, and pleasant. She made our stay an exemplary experience and we are glad we met her!
