A patient's family member recognized Ashley by saying, "When anyone mentions Ashley, the first two words that come to mind are "Angel" and "Saint". She goes out of her way to keep us informed of our loved one's condition. Even though he can be very demanding. She always finds a way to help him understand the need to do the things that are best for him. Ashley is one of the most dedicated nurses we have ever met."

Ashley has had several families on her caseload with a lot of family dynamics. She seems to find a way to connect with them and display some "tough love" when needed, to try to formulate a plan of care that works for the family/caregivers and keeps the patient safe. Sometimes this has meant facilitating some family meetings or facility case conferences that have been long and somewhat uncomfortable. Thank you, Ashley, for your dedication and care.
