I was here on vacation and ended up in your emergency room and discovered I had several kidney stones. Anna was the nurse who took care of me in the ER while I waited for a room and surgery. Due to a full hospital, I was there for about 17 hours. Anna was very consistent and on top of my care even though it was very busy. She always made me feel like a person, not just a number. She called people who needed to be called to get the job done. And in spite of the overload in the ER, it never showed in her care for me. She represented nursing and St. Clare with the utmost excellence and integrity.
