My son was brought into the ED with a collapsed lung. A chest tube was placed and evac started. He had a couple of days as an inpatient during which his pain was sporadically controlled. When Angela was taking care of him, she provided exceptionally excellent care. Not only was she considerate, friendly, and caring; she listened to his concerns and addressed them. Under her care, his pain was adequately relieved, and he was able to rest. Because of this, his lung was able to heal itself and not require surgery. We appreciate her.

Angela was very attentive and organized. She had checkpoints throughout the day to assist my brother. In one occasion, an LVN was about to draw blood and Angela instructed her that blood work had been drawn. She checked with the nurses' station and they confirmed that blood had been drawn. She was also diligent in getting a healthy diet meal to accommodate his specific need, came in and asked the family if they needed water, etc. We were sad but glad to see her leave. She has made a trying day comfortable and hopeful.

My husband was a patient and was experiencing pain in his lower abdomen. We thought it was his kidneys but turned out it was his heart. By the grace of God we came in for kidney problems and discovered his heart issue. We are firm believers of the saying "God is Good - All the time!" From the first moment that Angela introduced herself to my family as our nurse to the end time with us, she was attentive. Her bedside manner is the best! There wasn't a question she didn't hesitate to answer for us during this trying time for my husband and me. She is truly an angel. We say hats off to Angela!! It was our pleasure having her as our nurse.
