Andrew is often in charge on the unit and in many instances (too many to count) he has been a true leader on the unit. Andrew never complains about the responsibilities of being in charge. He is always pleasant and caring to our patients and has a great rapport with the medical staff. He goes above and beyond all the time. He is a true team player and an asset to 4 North. I am proud to work with such a great nurse.
