My uncle has been in the ICU for a couple of weeks now. I live in NorCal so I wasn't able to be at my uncle's side as much as wanted to. But Beth always ensured to call me and keep me posted in regard to his condition. When I was finally able to fly and visit my uncle, Beth was there to introduce herself and gave me a big hug. I felt her genuine love and care even if she didn't know me yet. She lends us an ear and gives me and my mom comfort. Her compassion, knowledge, love and care and thoughtfulness is beyond compare. My mother and I were both exhausted emotionally and physically and she took the time to check up on us and even showed us where to go so we could rest a bit, she even walked us through the cafeteria so we can have something to eat. Beth, your caring compassionate heart has touched me deeply, your skills and knowledge and dedication to what you do have brightened my day. And I was relieved to know my uncle is in good hands. You give us strength when we are in the most vulnerable time of our life. I cannot thank you enough for providing the best care and knowledge. Your hospitality has lightened the load that I'm carrying. I will never forget your kind ways. We are forever grateful to you and everyone on your team.
