Amanda is the sweetest person I have ever met! Amanda not only gives wonderful physical care to her patients but she also acknowledges and address spiritual and emotional needs as well. I receive compliments from patients and their families almost on a daily basis about Amanda’s excellent care. Amanda is always willing to help out others.

Amanda consistently shows compassion for her patients. You will never see her on a bad day! She is always a pleasant staff member and nurse. She takes the extra time with her patients and always seems to be very understanding. She is an excellent nurse.

Amanda is an example to us all everyday and this is no exaggeration. Her positive “we can achieve this attitude” is infectious. Her genuine compassion and care for her patients, their families and everyone she comes in contact with is amazing. Patients remember and ask about her on her off days. She never has a bad day that you could tell. Amanda is a true nurse; she prioritizes, cares and extends her willing help to everyone on the floor. She is a shining example of what health care should be, but most of the time falls short.

Amanda is very compassionate and caring toward her patients. She always takes the time to really get to know the people she cares for. On my patient rounds, patients and families frequently tell me that they appreciate Amanda’s kindness. I have witnessed her taking extra time to listen carefully to the patient and she always finds ways to meet their needs. She makes them feel like they are the only one in the world. She truly practices nursing “in the moment” and her patients have felt the wonderful impact of this!
