I wish to use this opportunity to thank you all for the wonderful job you do in taking care of people like me, who are at the lowest ebb of their health. I will most especially like to thank AJ. His infectious smiles are unpaired. He goes well and beyond his nursing practices. Very detailed in explaining the plan of care, attentive to details, and above all a good listener. He is always thinking ahead of time and able to cluster care to minimize interruptions and give his patients enough time to sleep/rest. I have had my rest times here while being under his care. This is a way to let him know that I appreciate his quick response to my calls. It will be a disservice to him and others if I fail to let the management know the type of staff that Kaiser has in them. These are rare gems. Thank you all for taking care of me.
